[00:03:51] Jen Rogers, Podcast Strategist: Listen, I've done it. You've probably done it too. Launching something, quote unquote light or low ticket just to catch the maybe later crowd. But in this market, that's strategy isn't working.
[00:04:03] Jen Rogers, Podcast Strategist: What I've been leaning into in 2025 is offer alignment. Making sure everything I create is for the right people, not just more people. That's why the virtual podcast school, well, it's not for tire kickers. The shift started when the market changed, hello, extended buying cycles, and I realized every offer I build now must compliment not compete with my other offers.
[00:04:31] Jen Rogers, Podcast Strategist: My offers are layered, not scattered. So I took a hard look at those entry level offers and I cut them. Why? Because they weren't serving every stage of the podcasting journey. They were more focused on the beginning. Let's be honest, most of my people are not beginners. I've watched my own business coach make this shift, and it got me thinking not just as a coach but as a client.
[00:04:57] Jen Rogers, Podcast Strategist: How did I feel? What did I experience? What did I like about the trust builder? What didn't I like? Did it make sense for where I was in my business? Could I understand the business principles at work? And the answers led me to create my own trust building, offer the power hour.

You've created a buffet of uncertainty and you've just trained your guests not to trust that you know what they need.
[00:06:42] Jen Rogers, Podcast Strategist: Now, imagine the alternative. You say, we're having lasagna. It's my specialty. I make it from scratch, and you are going to love it. This is actually a real thing. I make a mean lasagna. Boom, everybody, they're relaxed. They trust the plan. They show up hungry, and they're ready to hang out and have a good time.

You fracture your audience's trust, because people can feel when something is built for the masses instead of for them. Misaligned offers equals mixed messages. And mixed messages erode trust even faster than silence. Now, here's where the psychology flips.
